I am just back from my latest research trip to Cornwall and what a treat it was! I should have been been walking with my group but unfortunately Covid put a stop to that. I set off anyway to put the finishing touches on the trip, which is now scheduled for May 2022. Most of the photos are taken on the Lizard peninsula, which is the most southerly point on the British mainland. The coastline is spectacular and in the past was the site of many maritime disasters, hence the lighthouses.
I was so lucky the weather was perfect, sunny and warm each and every day, long hikes along the coast path, followed by a swim and a cream tea! Looking forward to May 2022.
